La plataforma impone reglas estrictas de formato para la difusión de noticias corporativas, siguiendo los principios de Lenguaje Claro ISO 24495-1. Esto asegura que cada comunicado proyecte autoridad institucional y sea perfectamente legible tanto en formato digital como impreso.

Reglas Universales de Formato

  • Alineación a la Izquierda: El texto justificado está prohibido para evitar distracciones visuales y mejorar la accesibilidad.
  • Uso de Mayúsculas: Se prohíben los bloques de texto en mayúsculas sostenidas. Los titulares y nombres deben usar "Mayúsculas de Título".
  • Precisión Geográfica: Los estados y provincias deben escribirse completos (ej. "British Columbia" o "Columbia Británica") para evitar confusiones internacionales.

Estructura del Comunicado

Cada noticia debe seguir una jerarquía visual clara:

  1. Encabezado: Indicación de "Para publicación inmediata".
  2. Titular: En negrita y tamaño destacado.
  3. Línea de Fecha: Separada del cuerpo del texto por un guion largo (—) o una pleca (|) en la web.
