- fix(licensing): correct os-totebox/os-console license claim -- was stated as 'both Apache 2.0', actually AGPL-3.0-or-later (os-console) + FSL-1.1-ALv2 (os-totebox) per LICENSE-MATRIX.md/repo-license-map.yaml (priority-#1 authoritative, ratified 2026-07-07); this claim was a full month stale, confirmed the only outlier among 3 canonical TOPICs disagreeing on this fact
- docs(documentation): correct WORM-immutability overclaim — retention-bounded not eternal (DOCTRINE.md §IX / worm-ledger-design.md D11, 2026-08-29)
- editorial(infrastructure): fix totebox-archive's GeoParquet mischaracterization, de-narrate standing correction (Track-B) — GeoParquet was claimed as an internal Totebox WORM storage format for site boundaries/location records; it's actually the format Overture Maps Foundation publishes its own external open dataset in (app-orchestration-gis/ingest-overture.py), ingested separately for GIS analysis, not an internal storage format at all — removed from the storage-format table, added a clarifying line; applied the rest of the already-resolved correction (os-orchestration placeholder framing, pairings.yaml genuinely read by app-orchestration-command) directly rather than narrating it; register-clean EN+ES; ES pair never had the GeoParquet fix, now matches
- fix(systems, infrastructure): migrate infrastructure-os.md's unique content, repoint 26 inbound links
- fix(systems, infrastructure): OS-family wiki audit round 2 -- totebox-os rewrite, PSP corpus fix, network-admin/mesh corrections, workplace ES sync, totebox siblings update
- fix(index-group): backfill index_group across 11 categories migrated to Index Topic (330 files)
- docs(category-fit): move app-orchestration-command-* + totebox-archive to correct categories, merge quick-start into getting-started
