**Correction (2026-08-02, verified against canonical `origin/main`):** both prices are wrong. The real catalog (`app-privategit-marketplace/catalog/products.yaml`) prices `os-network-admin` at `$0` (BETA), and `os-infrastructure` doesn't appear as a catalogued product at all — only `os-console` and `os-network-admin` are listed. The ratified licensing BRIEF cited in the marketplace code states explicitly: "every catalogued product is priced at $0 USDC (BETA)... no non-zero future price has been ratified for any tier." **Flagged, not resolved.**

Pricing is denominated in USDC on Polygon PoS. No subscription billing. No customer account required. The on-chain transaction is the receipt.

Corporate structure. PointSav Digital Systems ("PointSav") is currently a trade name of Woodfine Capital Projects Inc. ("Woodfine"), planned to become a wholly-owned Woodfine subsidiary upon incorporation. PointSav does not itself offer, sell, or solicit any security. Any securities offering associated with Woodfine's real-property direct-hold solutions is made exclusively by Woodfine, and only by means of the applicable Private Placement Memorandum.
