## Financial and construction tools

A family of owner-held ledger tools sharing one double-entry design: accounting, construction cost/schedule/quality control, and (proposed) payroll. All three are early-stage — one has real, verified code; the other two range from scaffolded-but-empty to fully unbuilt.
