`service-fs` is the per-tenant Write-Once-Read-Many ({{gli|WORM}}) immutable ledger substrate. It serves as the durable backbone for the Foundry Three-Ring Architecture, providing the primary landing zone for all Ring 1 boundary-ingest services.
